Pre-Order Overview

Pre-order items are garments that are not yet in stock but are available for advance purchase. Estimated delivery timelines are provided on each product page and are subject to change.

Payment Terms

• Partial payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are listed in your local currency, or in AUD, depending on your location and browser settings.
• Taxes such as GST, VAT, or other applicable duties may be included or calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.
• Payment is securely processed via your chosen payment platform, and currency conversion rates are determined by your payment provider.

Estimated Delivery

• Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary by region.
• You will receive email updates regarding the status of your order.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your pre-order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund
• After 48 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

EU Customers: 14-Day Right to Cancel

If your order for in-stock garments was delivered to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply to pre-ordered items which are custom-made and therefore exempt from the standard return rights.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn, unused, with tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns and Refunds

• Once delivered, pre-order items are not eligible for return. If you are wanting to exchange your product to a different size, we will do everything in our power to accomodate. However, as we sometimes work with end-of-line materials, we might be unable to provide an exchange. If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under the consumer protection laws applicable in your country.
• For regular products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we may be able to facilitate either an exchange for a different size, if stock is available, or a store credit, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Items must be in new, unworn condition, with original tags attached. Please lodge your request by contacting orders@lesplantes.com.au

Shipping

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.
• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
